I live in the boonies surrounded by forest. We have had mice in the MH but have been mouse free for several years.
First I crawled under the MH and sealed any opening I could find with spray foam. Then I sealed the opening around the power cord with some sheet metal cut to shape and held in place with duct tape.
I keep a bated trap in the MH but haven't caught anything since I sealed up the MH. Prior to that I had mice despite using many types of so called deterrents.
