And yes, you're correct, it's not much better crossing the border to where I live. This is little California here!
Casr in point, looking at used commercial mowers around here, what I'm after goes for $7k plus. Back in WI, same machines are $5k-.
LOL! Little California, Seattle is like little NYC, prices in downtown Seattle compare directly to Manhattan NYC!!!
