I will have nothing but Michelin LTX MS and now MS/2 on our diesel and gas trucks and Michelins on our SUV's etc since 1993. Never had cracking either as tire shine products/coatings etc causes the early cracking so avoid it. Extremely long wearing and great traction on wet or snow and we live in Michigan where snow falls. Have not had even one tire problem or failure in the many sets we've had. They have been an extremely good decision made many years ago and could kick myself for not using Michelins only starting over 55 years ago. Outstanding tire!
