Well my BFG Rugged Trails had sidewall cracks bad enough after only three years on the road that they gave me just under $500 off on a set of Michelin LTX M/S2. Now we have a full set of high dollar Michelin Pilot tires that they had to replace. The fact that they do stand (kinda) behind their tires is the only thing that might bring me back.
Sorry we do not use tire shine products I'm fully aware that they can and do dry out the rubber. I do not let brake dust stay on my tires however my DD is not as good about washing her car as I am. Not buying into the "it's the customers fault" BS. Two sets of tires from the same company with the same issue is not coincidence IMO.
BTW I'm about 130-150 miles from TravelNuts.
