Modifying the plumbing.

I have a 75 Terry TT.

Right now, the drains drain to the holding tank and then out. I am not using the holding tank now. I do not want to use it ever.

I plan to remove the bathroom fixtures. I want to run the kitchen sink into the ground.

So, to do this: Can I just cut the pipe going to the tank and direct it into the ground? The other drains have vents. Can I just cap the pipes at the roof, or must I remove it and repair the roof?

The trailer will not be moved anywhere anytime soon and there is no issue with grey water going directly to the ground.

    Just curious, how will you empty the black tank???


    It i already empty. So, All I need to do is remove it.

    Just curious, how will you empty the black tank???

    The kitchen sink vent line and trap will stay as is. The tank is damaged. The vents for the other sink and tub are what I want to remove.

    Yes, but I would leave the trap in the pipe to prevent insects from coming in.
    I would also pipe it away from the trailer so you won't end up with a mushy spot under the trailer that would be a breeding ground for mosquitoes

    Yes it will work, you can do that, but unless you are removing the tanks to add storage, why?

    What is the difference of emptying your gray into your gray tank vs emptying directly to the ground? You can still empty your gray from the tank. What happens if you ever decide to take the trailer on the road in the future. I guess I just understand the advantages to your plan????

    Even if you dump it direct onto ground straight from sink....it needs a vent line.

    Go outside walk back so you can see the roof of your house.......see all of those pipes sticking thru the roof. Plumbing VENTS
