I use them on my RPod and BBQ. I tried one on my 30lb horizontal propane tank in my Outfitter and had two issues. One is that there was insufficient space between the tank and the bottom of the enclosure. The other issue is that the propane tank enclosure is all metal and the bluetooth signal couldn't get out.

I might have to experiment with an external antenna sometime.

And they never replied to my questions about that situation.
