I may be the only one who mentioned it specifically but wouldn't you agree climate change is the elephant in the corner? All the EV hate, but what's the alternative? If someone thinks ICEs are a viable alternative for the future, they either don't believe climate change is real or they just don't care. "Just don't care" is an honest though misanthropic position. "Don't believe" is ignorance, you won't find any informed support for it.
I went through every post on this thread - you’re the only one that mentioned climate change. Seems you’re the one pushing an agenda - and the agenda is “anyone who dares to have different opinion then you is ignorant”.
ROFLMAO.....
Well Greta, then you always have things such as thisnickthehunter wrote:

I am not sure if I am more shocked at the dismal range or the $92,700 price of the 1/2 ton truck.
Just saw an ad for a white F150 Lightning for $120k in stock, at the dealership I bought my used F150.1320Fastback wrote:

The local Ford dealer here sold one of those trucks for $20K above sticker price to some knucklehead.- The rumor is Ford is still building a few gasoline powered F150 this year. Even a hybrid if that works for you.

I don't think it's EV dreamers who start these threads. The ones I've participated in recently have been started by NeverEVers who just seem to want to flaunt their ignorance. That brings out folks like the Turtle who can't even remember what point they are trying to make. Little of this has anything to do with RVing.

From what I can tell, there are a number of folks here who actually believe climate change is a hoax and we could be burning fossil fuels forever more. When people are so invested in that level of ignorance you can't expect to have a rational discussion. Everyone here would be happier if EVs became off limits, along with politics and religion.dodge guy wrote:
The ICE is only 120 years old. That’s still new technology in the grand scheme of things. To introduce a new type of power will take another 100 years to perfect. Until then you can not mandate something that is only effective for 20% of the population!
The first rechargeable battery was invented in 1859.

Unfortunately, there are a few (like the one you mentioned. he really should start every post with "in my opinion...") who can't help but make this a political discussion. They know nothing else. Everything to them has a political agenda. Everything. It gets tiresome.
Beliefs do not equal facts.
Time to close this one. No one has mentioned the F150 for some time.Grit dog wrote:
