Use bolts and washers of the appropriate size to secure the tv mount to an additional piece of plywood.
Mount the additional piece of plywood onto the wall using screws and spacers between the back of the ply and the Jayco wall (in order to have room for the nuts on the bolts).
The bolts will be secure and will not rip out. The plywood will stay put because you'll be using a lot of screws with the spacers.
Just be sure you find the OEM plywood that Jayco installed. It may be close to the decal location but not really. Use a strap and buckle and run it across the front of the tv to help stabilize it to the wall .
