Mounting question on Valterra sewer hose carrier

I wondered about that but it is 4.4" ID which is more than a 4" square bumper and *should* be okay. Am looking at getting new hoses to replace the ones we have now which are starting to fail. Would have to watch that a new one won't have a larger end (I don't think it would tho.) since it would have the standard bayonet fittings.
