It so totally depends on the surface you need to move on. If it is flat cement, four five inch by 2 inch dolly casters will work. If it is asphalt, you will be able to move it with a cheap winch or get bigger casters. If it is dirt or gravel, you need inflatable tires and a winch.
In any case, remember your jacks hang down about 15 inches below the camper floor, so they must be above the surface when you move it.
My dolly is two sheets of 4X8 plywood with double two by sixes on edge all the way around it. The wheels are under that, and I still need to have another platform on top of the dolly.
