Mine sort of bounces around a lot on hard bumps and might even rock back and forth on occasion depending on speed and the terrain but it always stays centered. I can't help but repeat what was already said earlier, which is I bet the biggest reason yours moves so much is the drop in bed liner. Could you remove it for a trip and see if that helps? Use the rubber bed mat.
I removed my hard bed liner and found that it just rubbed the paint off in a bunch of places and held water and dirt causing rust. Needless to say I'm not a fan. I can't think of any good reason to have one...I'd rather have no bedliner than a drop in plastic one.
If it still moves then it would be easy to make something from 2x4s to keep it from sliding sideways.
