I leave my camper on for 6 months of travel. When I take it off in November, I leave it in my driveway. After parking it where I want it, I run a string along the driver side tires and secure it to the driveway. Then I lift up the camper and pull out. When I'm ready to travel again, the string makes a handy alignment guide. Still have to do a bit of jockeying, but a lot less than normal. If the string is still there when I'm through traveling, I use it as a "parking guide", also. If I owned the place, I'd paint a line vs. the string.
