WOW beautiful work! Nice truck and camper too!!
A few questions & comments;
- Since you have upgraded your alternator, why not simply update the wiring between the truck & camper and allow the alternator to handle all of the charging task. Using the inverter in the truck adds complexity and reduces efficiency. If you wanted to, you could still operate the fridge on 110ac from the Tripp Lite inverter while driving (that's what I do).
- Your Tripp Lite inverter charger is arguably a more appropriate (better?) charger than the PD4645... especially considering the size of your battery bank. Why use the 4645 at all?
- What brand of batteries did you select?
