Ok.... Unfortunately due to the WW camper issues the family resorted to our old method of camping for last weeks trip into the southern WA Cascades. Slightly dissapointing to not include the new camper but with great weather we made the best of it in the Sportz Truck Tent.
Here are some progress photos of the front...

Today I'll clean up both sides a bit more, cut the rest of the replacement aluminum frame members and start building the new improved jack bracket.
I also added three new projects to the camper improvement list.
1) Add exterior 110v exterior outlets to the camper
2) Relocate the plugin for vehicle power. It was a 7 pin F pigtail that exited the camper just behind the driver's side jack mount and below the nonpressuriezed fresh water intake port. It was outboard of the bedrail when the camper was loaded. It will be inboard of the bedrail. It will be flush mounted with the M portion of a 7 pin connector. I will build extention cord with F 7 pin connectors on both ends to connect the camper to the pickup's 7 pin near the rear bumper.
3) Use a spray on bedliner to coat the underside of the truck camper
