Don't buy anything that has had a known leak. Check units interior where seams come together. As said, you could have wall or floor issues if there has been a roof leak. Since you are in the NW, you may find a good used Arctic Fox which seems to have a solid reputation. As said, check out your weight situation first so you will know what you can tow BEFORE you buy.
