I would buy it for 200 bucks so I could learn how to do a frame off restoration or use it to build a tear drop.
The trailer frame is worth about 100 bucks in my area.
Hubby and I are retired so we have plenty of time to do things like this, we are currently working on a 1984 chevy short school bus that is on a G30 cutaway van chassis with a 350 motor.
