So your later posts have given us a better picture of your situation. If the Grand Prix is yours, then your trailer search ends here. (Not kidding, stop shopping for trailers and watch this, with the wife).
Outdoors RV construction video
Outdoors RV Creekside 23RKS or one of the other floor plans. They advertise a "full featured dry weight", which includes all options as built from the factory. Most advertise base trailer weight before options. You'll still need to add propane, water, your stuff, ~ 1,500 LBS or so.
Unfortunately, a purchase decision takes you out West, but several have done just that.
