Are dual AC units on TTs not common? My wife is set on 2 as we had in our MH.
If you have 2 ACs you can typically choose to run only one when limited to 30A. Seems like the only reason you'd need two, in the size range you're looking at, is if you had a closed off bunk room in the back. Otherwise one unit should be plenty. (Two units also add more weight). Mine only has one unit and it is not ducted. The only place that's missed is the bathroom.
