Need help from others with window/wall style ac units.

I need help from anyone who has a window/ wall style ac units installed by the factory. Has anyone had there unit out if it's hole, if so was there a vent hole cut in the ceiling for it?? I as...

If the A/C is in a box with no ability to draw air from the outside thru the condenser coil, it will not operate properly. The vent is on the roof for a reason. Have you checked with the factory or the dealer about this? 12000 BTU should drive you out of there.
