The OP may have gotten the $25 price from a earlier post about storage cost fees from a posting from me, so don't be to hard on him.
I pay $25/YEAR for gated, locked barbed wired storage for each of my trailers in Portland. A 3 acre storage facility within our HOA. Course, it's a private storage area only available to resident homeowners in our HOA. I have two spots, one for a 35' trailer one for a 18' trailer.
It actually was free until about 10 years ago.
And the HOA is IMHO reasonable around "time in the driveway", a week is ok before it draws attention. Nice when you want to load early, or unload after the weekend, or do some work on the trailer.
