OP, glad you were able to get 1 of the 2 needed....sorry for some of the snippy responses....happens sometimes. Your HOA sounds way too picky for something like your situation and I'd be having a chat with the Pres or board. IMHO, that's ridiculous. Suggest you check with neighbors to see if they know someone with a bit of land you could use to store or get with the county fairgrounds. Might also check with some of the local RV dealers to see if they have any suggestions or possibly even have some storage available themselves. How 'bout a friend that has a really long driveway and would let you store it way in the back? The more I read on storage issues, the happier I am that we were able to build a covered area for our HTT and now the new TT....walk about 30 feet out the garage door and you're in + it's undercover 24/7.
