Need some immediate help - will my truck carry camper

I carried the camper maybe 5,000 miles from Oregon to Utah and back to N CA. We would like to flat tow a Jeep also so I bought a ram 5500 cab and chassis and having a bed built to carry the camper. I was probably 800 lbs +/- at times heavier than your setup. I'm not sure where the line gets blurred with our trucks and campers but it was clear I wasn't going to tow while carrying.
