I usually replace wiper blades once a year, in the spring. Snow and ice ruin the wipers over the winter - I don't think any kind of spray or protectant can do anything about that.
At Walmart near me, wiper blades start at around $5 or less and go up from there. I think the max is $25.
A previous poster said $45 for wiper blades?! What kind of vehicle? and was that with a shop installing them?
