- Ron3rdExplorer IIIThe Michelin Blades I just picked up at WalMart were $12.95 each for my 2016 Ram. Seemed like a decent blade.

A previous poster said $45 for wiper blades?! What kind of vehicle? and was that with a shop installing them?
I can believe it. Paid 48 bucks for a pair of Bosch wiper blades for my 05' Ram earlier this year at an Auto Zone. A store employee installed them for me, no charge! :B
The sun is an absolute killer of wiper blades and anything plastic on a vehicle exterior down here, no matter what you put on it. In time, El Sol wins....... - TurnThePageExplorerI too am a RainX fan. My blades on my '15 pickup are still the OEM. They don't get much use except in the winter time.
- SamsonsworldExplorerI miss when Consumer Reports came in the mail. Made good toilet paper.

That's where I'm at...I've found over the years that marketing hype runs wild on wiper blades and the pricey ones don't work any better or last any longer than the cheap ones. $8-10 is what you should be spending on a wiper blade, not $25. - HondavalkExplorer IIThis months Consumer Reports said to pass on the high buck replacement blades and just by the cheapest.
- 71stpsdeExplorerI get my blades from Rock Auto for like $5.00 to $7.00. I get them in bulk and don't have to buy for like two years. I change mine out every 6 months. Texas heat wears them out fast.

I did buy the best Bosch blades that Autozone had in stock, Toyota Avalon, one 24", one 17" I installed them. 24 was $23' 17 was $22.
In Florida I went through 2 sets a year, I'm hoping to get several years out of these here in the mountains ;) - valhalla360NavigatorGiven the value of my time, replacing the blades every couple years makes a lot more sense.
- colliehaulerExplorer IIII will continue to replace my wiper blades on a regular basis, to me $50.for a good pair of blades is reasonable. This is a safety issue, rubber and other materials deteriorate in UV rays and can come apart with age. The last thing I want is to drive down the road pulling a trailer in a heavy rain and have the blade fall apart from age.
I consider myself very frugal, but I will not take a chance on a safety item that cost so little money.
Penny wise pound foolish.
