Yes, two are in the original location, as well as four more in that pic.
As far as a tube for fishing poles, yes, you could run a tube long enough if properly placed close to the black/grey tanks. My bet would be you could run a tube all the way from the rear to the front, 12 foot. (Or close to 3 meters for you blokes down unda :B ).
