I don't understand the issue?
You had in bed aka 5th wheel plug on old truck and you want to install it on new F350?
Why not just plug camper into factory plug on the bumper?
I could never get why campers have the cord coming on front and the cord extension is giving me occasional headaches, but it is simple enough to not to change it.
2017 bed sides are so high that I have no gap to access bed space anywhere.
