Ok, so here are some nits and picks on the new Lance 825:
Picks:
- Love the fuel mileage. With the Adventure 89RB was getting 13.5. The Lance averaged 14.8 over this past weekend.
- Interior design is great!
- Love the LED's throughout.
- The 3-way fridge is a very nice touch.
- The euro-windows really move a lot of breeze.
Nits:
- Poor quality materials. The window handles break easily.
- The bathroom door plastic "keeper" keeps breaking off.
- The left rear tail light stays on at a very low intensity for a long time after you shut off the truck. Not sure if this is by design or something going on with the electrics.
- The black water connection is on the passenger side and the storage for the hose is only about 12" long...??? No way it will reach.
Recommendations:
- For the interior storage area/closet, put shelves in there.
- Put a shelf or something in the bathroom to store toothbrushes, razors etc.
- Accessory rug for inside.
- Accessory step-stool for access (its a LONG way up for my grand kids).
Very happy with it overall. Traded in the Adventure 89RB to the smaller 825 for additional off-road capability.
