The size of a nitrogen molecule is larger than that of an oxygen molecule by 8 pico meters. A picometer is one trillionth of a meter. That is a pretty small difference.
They use nitrogen in aircraft tires because of the extreme changes in altitudes they experience and the heat generated by landing friction. AS long you you keep your truck and trailer connected to the earth, these "advantages" are not real. But, as in all things, do what you want to do. If it makes you feel better, then that alone is a good thing.
