A more recent one with 6+ spds trans, sure. But 4-spd trans and 5.x liter engines from early 2000's are not all that when it comes to towing 6000 pounds of high walled RV. My 2003 F-150 was ok for power. Newer half tons can be great. But OP has a van worth $5k and new enough to get the 6-spds is $20k+.
