I actually fall in this class. It's more than just the MPG. I live in the country but work in the city...meaning I have a healthy commute and I park in a 8 story parking garage every day.
I need a truck for hunting fishing Home Depot, family hauler, tow vehicle with 1500 lbs of payload....never mind I would have a truck that can haul 5,000 lbs pretty reasonably, 25 plus MPG (means I don't have to have two vehicles, one multipurpose truck) on my commute and it would fit nearly anywhere I would point it.
