Another thing is what mix of cement. 3000 pound mix normally used will be borderline.

Is the concrete really 4 inches thick? Many people still believe a 2 X 4 is still 2 inch by 4 inches. In reality it now where near that. You would need a 2 X 6 to get a four inch thick pad.
