Odds are yes it is strong enough if the ground underneath was properly packed. Hopefully they put in 6x6 wire mesh which is designed to hold it together when it does crack because eventually it will.
If you poured the new driveway because you are getting ready to sell the house, I wouldn't take the chance unless it becomes a major inconvenience. If you had the driveway done to enjoy your house, then by all means, yes park on it.
For others reading this, when you have your driveway poured, order 5,000 psi concrete and then insure the minimum depth is a true 4" or better yet, just have them use 2x6 which is only 5-1/2", sink them down 1/2" in the ground for a 5" driveway. Yes it will cost a couple hundred more, but it won't be a worry about the cracking. Another trick is when they are scaping for the new concrete, don't let them fill in any pockets with loose dirt, just have the concrete thicker in that area.
