Only sure thing about concrete is it will crack. Hopefully there's rebar or mesh that will keep it together when it does crack.
I'm having a pad poured fri for a new TT. There will be about 9000# supported in a smaller area than a TC and the finisher guy said 4" will do fine. I have a compacted 5/8's minus base.
He also told me to wait 7 days before parking on it.
