Nonsense, there is no weakness in the Cummins head gaskets and blown parts are incredibly rare. That is unless you wan to go back to the first gens when folks more than doubled the boost pressures..
Ohterwise it simply is not an issue.
Also, it doesn't use the 68rfe for the higher HP, it uses the Aisin. If they have to beef it up they'll just do like Allison does and make minor changes. Either trans Dodge uses is up to the task.
