we bought a 2017 f250 2wd crew cab 6.2 gasser 3.73 rear end last october. 8k plus miles on it now. 50 percent towing.
our TT is usually approx 7500lbs loaded to camp
overall i am 100 percent happy with it.
i bought a plain white XL model. im not a bells and whistle guy so i like the vinyl seats and floors, no carpet. it does have electric windows, locks and bluetooth connection.
if i would do anything different i would go with the 4.30 rear end for towing purposes but the 3.73 great for our towing weight. when i was looking there were zero 4.30 rear ends of dealership lots. they were mainly special order
