New Ford Courier pickup
Looks like Ford is considering building a Courier pickup based on the Focus. Wonder if it could even pull a pop-up. I could see it used by parts stores to deliver parts or a grocery getter.

Maybe the Courier is intended to replace the Ranger of years gone by. Not everyone want to tow a trailer but it seems everyone wants a pickup. My 16yo almost 17, wanted a pickup, we gave him my 1997 F150 three door, it is a beater truck and he loves it. We offered him a much newer mini truck with an extended cab, no way, he loves the beater.
He is an active kid with a class 10 gymnast girlfriend and she loves it. She, however, would love a courier or ranger beater to match her diminutive size.
There is a need for a less expensive eco truck and maybe the courier will fill the need.
