Converter.....
Verify you have 120V AC power to converter
Then measure Converter DC output at DC Dist Fuse Panel where batter cables connect (Cables on battery disconnected)
Check the 'reverse polarity' fuses on converter ....large 30A or 40A auto blade type fuses.
If blown no DC from converter or battery
Measure DC voltage at battery cables...if in-line fuse blown no DC from battery/no charging of battery from converter
120V AC IN.........13.2V DC OUT (minimum) on a working converter
