- 93Cobra2771ExplorerThat's a good point on the septic dump and something to keep in mind for sure. I septic tank with several partitions would probably be OK, but definitely something to talk about.
I recently had a clog going into my tank, and there was likely 30 gallons in my main line. So when it finally broke loose, I essentially had the same scenario. No problems yet, but I can't exactly look at my leach field and see how it's doing. - hogcardExplorer

Looks great. Built a new garage with a third bay for my RV this past December also. Can't poor the floor till spring though.
Be careful about tying a dump pipe into the home septic system. Unless the system is large enough and designed for it, dumping that many gallons of water and solids at once into a septic tank could stir up the solids and and plug the outlet pipe and the leach field pipes. Check with a professional first and make sure you don't break any health codes. They come around and inspect the systems here every five years.
They don't inspect here after initial installation but you are right about stirring up the tank. - OldRadiosExplorerLooks great. Built a new garage with a third bay for my RV this past December also. Can't poor the floor till spring though.

Very sweet garage for sure. What model is your Solaire you have in there?
Rob
Rob it is a 263RBDSK. Has the island and slide for the kitchen and the living area. Plenty of room for the wife and me. So far really happy. It's our third TT and best layout we feel for the weight. Only about 5500 lbs dry.
Also have a Pop up parked in there as well. It's really nice for that as well if you go out and get the canvas wet. Just come home and set it up in the garage and let it dry. - Wilson34ExplorerVery sweet garage for sure. What model is your Solaire you have in there?
Rob - EcoBulletExplorerLooks great! Yes, please update whenever you remodel to put in the 14' door for the fiver.
- RollandBExplorerIts only money.....and it looks really nice. Great Job!
- RedRocket204ExplorerWish I had something similar as it looks like there would be enough room to squeeze my 1-ton crewcab long bed in there too!
I'm definitely envious. I have the room and land... just not the easement or approval. Do you mind me asking what a ballpark figure on that? If not, a PM is fine too. Thanks! - 6_7_tow_rigExplorerIn the first pic, I didnt think it was long enough for anything other than a really short TT, then the final pic with the trailer in it looks huge. Nice job. Im jealous also
- RamRiderExplorerVery impressive,
