- jonmadExplorerAwesome !!!
- BubbaChrisExplorerBeautiful work.
I keep teasing my wife about buying some city-owned property right behind our house so I can do something similar. - suzyqtx60ExplorerCongratulations.....that looks like the perfect set up!!
- hogcardExplorerThanks for the kind comments. I did install a 30 amp outlet in there. It does not have heat or air but so far this winter, the coldest it has been in there is 36 F even though we have had plenty days well below freezing here in Arkansas. It is well insulated. It will stay relatively shaded in summer. It is 24 x 36 and the door is 12'. We purposely only installed a 12' door to keep us from getting antsy about wanting a 5th wheel some day. Sidewalls are 16'. I will have a small entry deck by the side door and a sidewalk to the house.
It does not have water. I have water at my house just a few feet away. It will have a dump station by spring. I am on septic and my tank is located right by the driveway. I plan on installing a T just before the tank inlet.
I also have a pop up in there and plan on building a couple work benches. - ScottGNomadTotally jealous.
Your trailer will all but stop aging with a sweet setup like that. - goducks10ExplorerSweet looking garage. I wish I had the room for one.
