Just recommendation/opinion...everyone has their own metrics...again, just my advice
Same discussion on engine oil when synthetics first came out and for a couple decades after....those first quarts cost more than my hourly rate working part time working my way through college...
Today, many/most now has synthetic engine oil on their high end vehicles. From 2 seaters, lux sedans to trucks...most all exotics have synthetic factory fill
To the point it is against their recommended and therefore might void warranties...
Bottom line...do whatever you wish and good luck with whatever you have in there (it might be synthetic)
