None of these custom tunes are EPA certified. And a shop doing them is breaking the law. The fines are huge.
If you believe that you will never be caught... Then it may be alright. But the days of just doing whatever you want hopping up a vehicle, without big brother being "concerned" are over.
Maybe, maybe not. when I get mine tested with the tune in the PCM it passes the tests. In IL on my truck they do the sniffer test.
