6.0 good? never did. The 6.4's have issues also as well as the new 6.7. This is why I keep my 7.3. All the newer ones have problems of some kind. The Dmax came out in 01.
My opinion is for reliability you cannot beat a 7.3 or the older 12 valve 5.9 Cummins.
