Us Dodge boys feel we have the best diesel out there. Just because it only has six cylinders the Cummins is a very strong engine! We pull 11,000#+ with our 01 with no issue can still easily pull 6% and 7% grades at 55.
They all have issues & quirks. MANY 7.3's go over 500K miles. A friend owns a local moving co and has had some go to 500K with hired drivers all in the city driving. His son, a good friend has a 7.3 with twin pumps, big inj and some other things done. 260K and making over 400 rwhp. Orig hoses and belt.
