my buddy had a 2003 ford diesel one ton
with the 6.0 engine
at 53K miles he was pulling a 16ft trailer with 50 bales of hay.
one of the pistons must have gotten too much fuel as it burned a hole in the top of the piston.
ford fixed the motor (no charge to my friend for around $15K) but he was scare of the truck and sold it.
that is the only person I know that had a 2003 ford diesel 6.0 liter engine
with the 6.0 engine
