New lawsuit against Cummins/FCA
A class action suit has been filed against FCA/Cummins over diesel engines in the 2500/3500's. TFLTruck, this link explains better Filed July 3rd. Looks like the reflash kills fuel mileage.

Digging deeper, the law firm filing this action is known for filing class-action suits against everybody. Most are settled with the plaintiff getting little or nothing and the law firm collecting fat fees. The law firm also was sued in Seattle for misconduct in a case and lost.

Yeah, Hagens Bermen LLP is the same ones who sued GM last month and also had cases against VW.
