New lawsuit against Cummins/FCA
A class action suit has been filed against FCA/Cummins over diesel engines in the 2500/3500's. TFLTruck, this link explains better Filed July 3rd. Looks like the reflash kills fuel mileage.

Nope, I really don't care who owns it because truth be told many people own it if it is a publicly traded company. I am just calling it what it actually is the same way I correct those that say the Powerstroke is a Navistar engine or the Duramax is an Isuzu engine.
If you want to get your jabs in and call it something else so you can feel better about yourself then go nuts. I will still call it what it what it is, a Ram.
