New lawsuit against Cummins/FCA
A class action suit has been filed against FCA/Cummins over diesel engines in the 2500/3500's. TFLTruck, this link explains better Filed July 3rd. Looks like the reflash kills fuel mileage.

The lawsuit is for/on the Cummins/FCA Cummins diesel engine Dodge Ram and the Ram Cummins diesel engine trucks. Therefore, that is what it's all about even if "Wild Card" doesn't get it!
This particular lawsuit is not on the other FCA or Dodge Ram or Dodge gas engine or the VMI diesel engine trucks as they have their own lawsuits or issues to deal with.
