New lawsuit against Cummins/FCA
A class action suit has been filed against FCA/Cummins over diesel engines in the 2500/3500's. TFLTruck, this link explains better Filed July 3rd. Looks like the reflash kills fuel mileage.

How many people have changed their factory tires? I went from the cactory Goodyear's to Michelin's and my mileage dropped by 2/3 miles per gallon! So good luck winning any lawsuit for loss of fuel mileage.
