To the OP, that sounds like a great trailer, and I'd like to have one too... But, that would be a stretch for my 16 year old F150 with a #7700 tow rating...
The reason I say that is my 22', #5000 TT puts me over my trucks GVWR by several hundred pounds and while it tows great, I wouldn't want to ask it to do more..
The TT you have in mind probably has a GVWR of over #7000 and while the dry weight of it probably fits your "tow rating", you ain't gonna travel with it 'dry', no matter how much you say you won't pack... ;)
So, you either have to redefine your TT choice, or get a bigger tow vehicle...
A new F150 or even a new Toyota Tundra should be able to handle that TT you like, so the choice is still yours.. :)
