The Lance 2285 has a rear kitchen and living area. The couch can be swapped out for 2 recliners. In the 2013 and 2014 models, the TV is on the wall next to the bathroom, so it's a very comfortable seating area to watch TV or relax.
The dry weight is 4,150 if I'm not mistaken.
